Family Support Services
By building the assets of our parents, we can help build their capacity to be better heads of households and encourage self-sufficiency. Onward House social workers in the Family Support Program offer emergency assistance to families and individuals who have suffered recent personal and economic hardships. Additionally, the Family Support social workers collaborate directly with children, parents, individuals and staff to provide ongoing support, ensuring that those at-risk families and individuals have access to resources that will increase personal growth and autonomy. The Family Support Services program includes Senior Services and a Food Pantry at our West Town location.
